How Service Works

Do I have to drive anywhere?

Not always. Mobile detailing and maintenance detailing are performed at your home or office. For PPF, vehicle wraps and other work that needs a clean, controlled environment, we can arrange vehicle pickup and return — some services may also be possible at your location if you have a suitable enclosed garage. We’ll let you know exactly how your service will work before you book.

Is there a shop I can visit?

We work from a private facility by appointment rather than a walk-in storefront. If your service is being completed at the facility, we can arrange the handoff with you in advance. For many customers, vehicle pickup and return is the easier option.

What do you need for mobile service at my home?

A reasonably level area with enough room to work safely around the vehicle. A driveway, garage or suitable parking area can work. We bring our own water and power for mobile detailing, so you don’t need to set anything up for us.

Can you come to my office?

Yes. Mobile detailing and maintenance detailing can be performed at your workplace as long as the property allows it and there’s a suitable area for us to work. You can keep working while we take care of the car.

What if I live in an apartment or have an HOA?

Tell us when you contact us. Property rules vary, so we’ll help determine whether we can work at your location or whether another option makes more sense.

What happens if it rains?

Weather can affect mobile appointments. If conditions aren’t suitable for the service, we’ll contact you and reschedule rather than compromise the work.

What are your hours?

We’re open seven days a week and offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend availability.

Where do you provide service?

We’re based in Temecula and serve customers throughout Riverside County and San Diego County. Mobile services are available for detailing and maintenance, while pickup and return options are available for services that require controlled installation conditions. View our service area.

Paint Protection Film

What is paint protection film?

Paint protection film, often called PPF or clear bra, is a transparent urethane film applied over painted surfaces to help protect them from rock chips, road debris and everyday wear. It can be installed on high-impact areas such as the bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors, or used to protect the entire vehicle. Learn more about PPF.

How is PPF different from a vehicle wrap?

They serve different purposes. PPF is primarily designed to protect your existing paint while keeping the vehicle’s current appearance. A vinyl wrap is primarily used to change the color or finish of the vehicle.

Does PPF really self-heal?

Many modern PPF products have a self-healing top coat that can reduce the appearance of light scratches and swirls when exposed to heat. It won’t repair a deep cut, puncture or tear in the film.

Will I be able to see the PPF?

A good installation is designed to blend into the vehicle as much as possible. Where panel edges can be wrapped, the film can be especially difficult to notice. Some areas may require a visible edge depending on the shape of the panel and installation access.

Can PPF be removed later?

Yes. PPF is designed to be removable. Removal should be handled properly, particularly on older vehicles, repainted panels or paint with existing damage.

How long does PPF last?

The lifespan depends on the specific film, sun exposure, storage, driving conditions and how the vehicle is maintained. We’ll explain the expected lifespan and manufacturer warranty for the film you choose before installation.

How long will you need my car?

Installation time depends on how much of the vehicle is being protected and the complexity of the car. We’ll give you an expected timeframe with your quote and confirm the schedule before we collect the vehicle.

Do I need to protect the whole car?

No. Some customers choose high-impact areas such as the front bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors. Others want full-vehicle coverage. We can help you prioritize the areas most likely to take abuse based on how you drive and what you want to spend.

Vehicle Wraps

Will a vehicle wrap damage my paint?

A properly installed and properly removed automotive wrap is designed to be removable from healthy factory paint. Paint condition matters — repainted panels, failing clear coat, existing damage or poor previous repairs can behave differently, which is why we look at the vehicle before recommending a wrap. Learn more about wraps.

Can you wrap a car that has damaged paint?

Vinyl follows the surface underneath it, so dents, peeling clear coat, failing paint and poor bodywork can affect the finished result. If the car needs bodywork or paint repair first, we’ll tell you before you spend money wrapping it.

Can I wrap only part of my car?

Yes. Roof wraps, mirror caps, chrome deletes, hoods, stripes, wings and other accents can change the look without wrapping the entire vehicle.

How long does a vehicle wrap last?

Lifespan depends on the vinyl, finish, sun exposure, storage, driving conditions and how the vehicle is cared for. We’ll explain what to expect from the specific material you choose.

Can a wrap be removed later?

Yes. Automotive vinyl wraps are designed to be removable. How easily a wrap removes can depend on its age, the material and the condition of the paint underneath, so professional removal is recommended.

What vinyl brands do you use?

We work with 3M, Avery Dennison and KPMF. Using more than one manufacturer gives you a wider range of colors and finishes to choose from.

Window Tint

What are the benefits of window tint?

Window tint can help reduce heat, block UV, cut glare, add privacy and change the overall appearance of the vehicle. Different films offer different levels of performance, so we can help you choose based on what matters most to you. Learn more about window tint.

What window tint brands do you use?

We work with LLumar and ESSMO window films.

How dark should I go?

That depends on the look, privacy and heat rejection you want, along with what is legal for each window on the vehicle. We can walk you through the options before installation.

What window tint is legal in California?

California has specific requirements for automotive window tint, and the rules vary depending on which window is being tinted. Because tint laws can change and the existing glass affects total visible light transmission, we recommend choosing a compliant setup based on the current California requirements and your specific vehicle.

Can you tint my front windows as dark as my rear windows?

Not necessarily. California places different restrictions on front side windows than it does on rear side and rear windows. We’ll explain the legal options for your vehicle before installation.

Do you provide documentation for the tint?

Yes. We provide the applicable film and compliance documentation for your installation.

Detailing & Maintenance

What’s included in a mobile detail?

That depends on the condition of the vehicle and the level of service you choose. Our detailing services can address the interior, exterior or both, with additional services available based on what the car needs. Explore mobile auto detailing.

Do you bring your own water and power?

Yes. Our mobile detailing setup is self-contained, so we bring the water, power and equipment needed for the service.

Can you detail a wrapped or PPF-protected car?

Yes. Wrapped vehicles, PPF and painted surfaces don’t always need the same products or washing methods. We adjust the process based on what’s actually on the vehicle.

What products do you use?

Our detailing products include Koch-Chemie, P&S, CarPro and Meguiar’s. We choose products based on the surface and the job rather than using the exact same process on every vehicle.

What is maintenance detailing?

Maintenance detailing is recurring care for a vehicle that has already been brought to a good baseline. Instead of waiting until the car needs another major reset, we come back on a regular schedule to maintain the interior and exterior. Explore maintenance detailing.

How often should I schedule maintenance detailing?

It depends on how often you drive, where the vehicle is parked, whether you have kids or pets, and how clean you like to keep it. We offer monthly, every six weeks and quarterly options and can help you choose a cadence that makes sense.

Do I have to sign a contract for maintenance detailing?

No. You can adjust the schedule or pause the service when needed.

Brands & Materials

What brands do you use?

Paint protection film: FlexiShield, Pure and GSWF. Vehicle wraps: 3M, Avery Dennison and KPMF. Window tint: LLumar and ESSMO. Detailing: Koch-Chemie, P&S, CarPro and Meguiar’s. Daniel is also a certified FlexiShield installer.

Why do you offer more than one brand?

Because there isn’t one product that is automatically the right choice for every car, budget or goal. Different manufacturers offer different films, colors, finishes, warranties and price points. We’ll explain the options that make sense for your vehicle so you can choose based on what matters to you.

5 questions

Pricing & Booking

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the vehicle, its condition, the service, the materials and the amount of work involved. That’s why we provide personalized quotes instead of publishing one generic price for every car. Learn how our pricing works.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

Sometimes. If the scope is straightforward and we have enough information about the vehicle, we may be able to quote it without seeing it first. For work where condition or complexity can change the scope, Daniel may want to see the vehicle before giving you a final price.

Can you work with a budget?

Yes. Tell us what you’re comfortable spending. We can help you prioritize coverage, materials or services based on what will make the biggest difference within that budget.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit may be required for larger jobs, or when material is being ordered or prepared specifically for your vehicle. We’ll tell you before anything is booked.

How do I get a quote?

Tell us your year, make and model, what service you’re considering and what you want to accomplish. Daniel will follow up, answer your questions and let you know whether he needs to see the vehicle before finalizing the quote. Get a free quote.

4 questions

Warranty & Aftercare

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on installation. Some films and materials also carry separate manufacturer warranties — coverage and length depend on the product you choose, and we’ll explain that with your quote.

What does the workmanship warranty cover?

The workmanship warranty covers issues related to our installation. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to eligible material defects according to the manufacturer’s terms.

What isn’t covered?

Normal wear, impact damage, damage caused by improper care and damage unrelated to the installation are not covered by the workmanship warranty. We’ll explain the proper aftercare for your specific film, wrap, tint or finish when the work is completed.

What if I notice something after the service?

Call Daniel. We want to see what you’re seeing and determine what’s going on. If it’s related to our workmanship and covered by the warranty, we’ll address it.

Still Have a Question?

Ask Daniel Directly.

You don’t need to know exactly what service, film or product you need before you call. Tell us what you drive, what you’re trying to protect or change and what questions you have. Daniel will help you figure out the rest.
